I am a USA Immigration Attorney and Certified Financial Planner (Designation Earned) with twenty-plus (26+) years of legal experience, and currently specialize in immigration and immigration-related estate planning. I am licensed in three jurisdictions: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and District of Columbia.

I am a member of various professional associations in Pennsylvania for attorneys and financial planners, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the Federal Bar Association, Immigration Law Section.

I have traveled extensively to Colombia and also throughout Latin America, notably to Brazil, Venezuela and Mexico.
I have also traveled to India, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

Our immigration office holds a Business License in Colombia with the Camara de Comerico.

I have personally utilized American consulates abroad in Latin America. Our office and staff-affiliates have specific professional experience in visa work in Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Brazil, Panama, Dominican Republic, Canada, Russia, Philippines, Germany, India, and Thailand. I work with certain staff-affiliates at selected locations who can assist, in appropriate cases, with document retrieval and visa interview preparation of fiancées and brides.

For example, in Bogotá, Colombia, I work with a paralegal-affiliate who immensely enjoys working directly with Colombian fiancées and brides in the visa process. Similarly, I also work with a Brazilian-Portuguese translator and consultant affiliate in California. Likewise, I also work with a translator and consultant affiliate in Russian and Ukrainian in the USA. Paralegal affiliate assistance is also available in Caracas, Venezuela. Affiliated subcontractor assistance is also available in Cali, Barranquilla, and Medellin, Colombia.
